For digital products like our recipe book, we send an email with the PDF in 1-2 days if purchased by itself or if purchased with BLENDi, we will send by time the BLENDi gets to you.

 If the BLENDi is truly defective we do offer a 60 day money back guarantee. We also offer replacements within that 60-day window. However this does NOT include BLENDis that work fine. If they're in perfect working condition we do not offer returns.

We do not offer any refund through our website if you purchased on a third party website. You will have to contact the site that you got it from.
